WIN £2k for marketing – Competition rules.

The competition to win £2,000 GBP to spend on marketing activities is controlled by the following terms & conditions:
In order to qualify for entry to the competition, you must submit a video, total length of between 45 and 90 seconds, where your first line is “Oracle CRM On Demand would help boost my business because” with the following video content being you explaining the key aspects of Oracle CRM On Demand and BPI OnDemand’s service and how different elements would help your business. The closing date for entries is Tuesday 31st August 2010 at 17:30 BST. Entries will be loaded to BPI OnDemand’s YouTube Channel and this website. Videos will be visible to the public through this site and YouTube. By submitting an entry to this competition or to this site without wanting entry to the competition, you are giving BPI OnDemand Ltd and Oracle Corporation permission to use your content for any marketing, sales, training or promotional purposes. If you wish your content to be removed, please contact BPI OnDemand. BPI OnDemand reserves the right to exclude any company or entry from the competition with reasonable justification. Competition entry is open to businesses which have a) UK based headquarters, operating company or subsidiary; b) annual turnover below £300m; c) have been trading since 1st April 2010 or earlier, or, are registered with Companies House and have more than 2 employees; d) no business operations, services or activities that compete with any of BPI OnDemand Ltd’s or Oracle Corporation’s commercial activities. The winning company will be chosen from all entries and will be awarded to the company that submits the best video, as chosen by BPI OnDemand. The best video will be judged on a) demonstration of the understanding of Oracle CRM On Demand; b) understanding of BPI OnDemand’s Managed Service; c) application to the entrants business. BPI OnDemand will pay a maximum of £2,000 GBP to the winning company. BPI OnDemand will announce the winning video by Thursday 30th September 2010, unless volumes of entries delay this announcement. BPI OnDemand will publish the winning video and company name on this site once the decision has been made. The prize, a maximum of £2,000, will be paid to the winning company upon proof of invoices for marketing activities to be carried out after Thursday 30th September 2010. BPI OnDemand Ltd reserves the right to make payment to suppliers or agencies identified in the supplied invoices. Marketing activities must be commenced by 1st January 2011. If marketing activities are not commenced by 1st January 2011, the winning company must repay, in full, the prize money. BPI OnDemand Ltd will not pay any VAT or local tax, over and above the maximum £2,000 prize.
